How do I request a new feature?
The Hivey team highly encourages feedback and new feature requests. All feature requests are done in the platform, by clicking the support icon at the bottom of your screen.
Is Hivey a POS?
Hivey is not a Point of Sale system, you are welcome to keep your current POS and use Hivey as the platform which manages all your events for your venue.
How is the automated communication delivered?
We currently partner with Twillio for all automated texts and emails. They have developed the most comprehensive and reliable system on the market.
How many events and vendors can I have?
Hivey has multiple tiers to fit your business needs. Please see our pricing section to see which tier works best for you.
How do I migrate existing events into Hivey?
We have an excellent migration team ready to help you move your existing events into Hivey. Please reach out to our {support to help} with your migration.
How do I schedule a vendor that isn’t on Hivey yet?
You can add any vendor to your events by adding them to your vendor list, all you need is their name, phone number, and email and they will be invited to join. All vendor accounts are free to join the platform.

Are there any additional fees?
Hivey has Zero fees, the only cost is the platform fee to help us provide a great software to run your business.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Annual tiers have a 12-month commitment, for a reduced costs. Month to month has no contract and you can cancel anytime.
What if I have multiple locations?
Please reach out to our sales team, we will custom build you a package based on your businesses needs.
What is my commitment
Hivey has two options, a month-to-month and an annual subscription. Month to month can be canceled at any time with no fees, the annual subscription is cancelable at the end of your 12-month term.
Are there any commission fees?
Hivey is proud to be a commission-free platform, we collect ZERO % of your events. We believe the money you make is yours to keep. We charge a monthly subscription fee to make sure we can provide the best software possible.
Availability
What is the early access list?
Signing up for our early access list gives you first access to our newest features. By being an early access member, your feedback will be highly valued and you will have direct influence over the development of the platform.
When will there be a full platform for vendors?
We are currently in the planning and development stage of our full Vendor platform. We are planning on a release at the end of 2024. If you would like to have first access, please sign up for our early access group.
