How to Invite Your Vendors
- From your homepage, click to copy your Custom URL that is located at the top left of the page, below your logo and business name.
- Share your Custom URL with your vendors in a text message, email, or even post on social media. When vendors access the link, they will be able to select the Notify Me of Future Events button at the top, and be added on your vendor list, and will be notified anytime you publish new events.
🐝 Hivey Tip: Make sure to personalize your invitation message when sharing your Custom URL, so vendors know exactly what you’re offering and why they should join your network. A little personal touch goes a long way! An example message can be seen in the next section.
Example Message to Send to Vendors
Subject: Hivey Booking Process for Food Trucks – Action Required
Hi [Food Truck Name],
We’re excited to streamline our booking process with Hivey! Moving forward, all food truck bookings at [Venue Name] will be managed through Hivey: [Insert Custom URL].
Select Notify Me of Future Events to receive emails when new events become available to apply for!
This will help ensure a smooth scheduling process for everyone. Let us know if you have any questions—we’re happy to help!
