Cancelling an Event You Were Approved For
- If you need to cancel a booked event last minute due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, navigate to your You’ve Been Approved email confirmation in your inbox, and select the Cancel My Spot option.
- A pop-up will appear to confirm your cancellation. Click Confirm to finalize the process.
- An automated email will be sent to the venue notifying them of your cancellation – no further steps are needed!
🐝 Hivey Tip: We know things can come up unexpectedly, but if you do need to cancel, try to do it as soon as you can. This gives the venue a little extra time to find a replacement and helps keep your good standing with them!
