Cancelling a Booked Event
- If you need to cancel a booked event last minute due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, navigate to your Upcoming Events section and select Cancel Event.
- A pop-up will appear to confirm your cancellation. Click Confirm to finalize the process.
- An automated email will be sent to the Venue, notifying them of your cancellation – no further steps are needed!
🐝 Hivey Tip: We know things can come up unexpectedly, but if you do need to cancel, try to do it as soon as you can. This gives the Venue a little extra time to find a replacement and helps keep your good standing with them!
Withdrawing from a Venue
- If you decide you no longer want to work with a particular Venue, you can easily withdraw from their network.
- Go to the Approved Venues section and select Leave Venue on the right side of the screen.
- A pop-up will appear to confirm your choice. Click Confirm to be removed as a Vendor from this Venue’s network.
🐝 Hivey Tip: Keep your Approved Venues list up to date so you only receive automated email notifications from Venues you’re interested in working with. This helps you stay organized and focused on your preferred partnerships!
