Scheduling with a Venue is Easy!
Step 1: Select the Dates and Times and Submit
- Once you’ve created your FREE Hivey account, you are ready to schedule with the Venue that invited you.
- Make sure you are logged into your account, and then select the date(s) you’d like to apply for with the Venue.
- Check mark the box saying you agree to any terms and conditions set by the Venue, and select the Submit Request button at the bottom right.
Hivey Tip: Apply for all dates and times that work for you as soon as possible! Venues get a lot of Vendor applicants, and spots fill up quickly. The more events you apply for, the more likely you will be chosen for one!
Step 2: Wait for Confirmation
- Once you’ve successfully applied for a Venue’s event(s), you will need to wait to hear from the Venue with the next step.
Hivey Tip: Keep an eye out for an email and text message from the Venue! You will only get these notifications if you are selected to attend the events you applied for.
