How to Schedule with a Venue

  • You’ll receive email notifications when Venues publish new events.
  • Click the View & Apply button, which will direct you to a screen displaying all available event dates and times.
  • After creating your Hivey account, you can start scheduling with the Venue that invited you.
  • Log into your account and select the date(s) you’d like to apply for with the Venue.
  • Check the box to agree to the Venue’s terms and conditions, then click the Submit Request button at the bottom right.

🐝 Hivey Tip: Apply for as many available dates and times as work for you! Venues receive multiple Vendor applications, and spots fill up quickly. The more events you apply for, the better your chances of getting selected!




Email Notification When Selected

  • If you are selected by the Venue to serve at their upcoming event, you will receive an email notification.
  • The event will show as a Confirmed status in your account once you’ve been chosen to attend.

🐝 Hivey Tip: Stay on top of your schedule by regularly checking your account for any new Confirmed events, and make sure to confirm your attendance as soon as possible to avoid conflicts!
