How to Confirm a Vendor for Your Event
- If you’ve selected the Request Vendor Applications option for your event, you may receive multiple applications.
- To choose a Vendor, navigate to the Pending Approvals tab in the left-hand column under the Calendar section. Expand the event by clicking the arrow next to it to view all applications.
- Locate the Vendor you want to confirm, and click the blue Confirm button in the far-right column.
- A pop-up will appear for final confirmation. Click Confirm to send an automated notification to your selected Vendor.
🐝 Hivey Tip: Confirm your chosen Vendor as soon as possible! Early confirmation gives your Vendor ample time to prepare and avoids scheduling conflicts.
