- When you’ve selected the Request Vendor Applications option for your event, it’s likely you will get multiple Vendor applicants.
- To select the Vendor you would like to attend your event, navigate to the Pending Approvals tab in the left-hand column, and select the arrow next to the event to expand the view of your applications.
- Click the blue Request button in the far right column next to the Vendor you have chosen for your event.
- A pop-up will appear to confirm you have chosen the correct Vendor, select the Request button to send the confirmation to your Vendor.
Hivey Tip: Approve your selected Vendor as soon as possible! This ensures your Vendor has plenty of time to prep and plan for your event. This also reduces the risk of the Vendor getting double booked.
